We are excited to see lots of action at our lot today!!

Lighting and Plumbing

Wow!  It was a long morning selecting lighting and plumbing fixtures for the house!  Let's start with the kitchen because it is my favorite!!

Farmhouse/apron sink in the kitchen...LOVE!!!

Cabinet and Countertop Design Meeting

We had our first design meeting today.  I had a blast looking at cabinet styles, cabinet finishes, hardware and countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms.  Next week we will go to the plumbing and lighting showrooms!!  I am having so much fun!

Kitchen Cabinet color: Bright White (Not style or hardware...just color):

Mudroom built-ins

We saved ourselves over $2000 (rather than having custom built-ins in the mudroom) and bought this gorgeous piece for our mudroom today!  They even delivered it from Savannah! 

It's Official...We Have Broken Ground!!!!!!!

It's difficult to see, but our house is staked out!!!

Approved!!

Our plans have been approved! Time to stake out the house and do a walk through with the ARB. We are beyond excited!!

We picked our exterior colors!!

We are submitting our design to the ARB today so we had to pick our exterior colors!! I love this!!
